What to do after water intrusion?

If your office suffers a water damage there a few different techniques that SERVPRO of New Cumberland/Carlisle can use to dry out your offices.

Office Damage

Removing the baseboards is the most common way to assure that water will evaporate. If the walls are wet the baseboards will trap moisture which will not dry in time before mold begins to grow. With the baseboards removed the water will evaporate with the help of de-humidification and rapid air movement.

This building was dry within just a days after a pipe had broken and flooded the first two offices in the building.
